So as you all know, we have a pretty ferocious guard dog on our hands, so when he hears the fireworks, he goes into full guard dog, I must protect this house mode!
Since we had no idea how long into the night the fireworks would last on the 4th, the hubs thought it would be a good idea to take Wrigley outside and let him see the fireworks so he would know where the noises were coming from and that the house was safe.
Well this worked out well b/c Wrigley was mesmerized which meant a great time for mommy to get some good pics of him while he was still for once!
And of course one with his daddy! Arent' they handsome?!
After we brought him in from the fireworks show, he never made another sound and went straight to sleep. I guess he felt like he was officially "off duty" and could finally relax!
That is wild since most dogs HATE fireworks and are normally very scared. Wrigs is adorable and Mitch is already such a good daddy! :)
ReplyDeleteI know! Its so weird, but he really isn't afraid of much of anything! Yes, Mitch is already such a great daddy, I can't wait to see him with our daughter <--still sounds really weird!
